Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account & order data: your email, password (stored only as a salted hash), shipping address, order contents, and the logo file you upload (we keep it to print your keychains and reprints).
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.
• Tap analytics: when someone taps a keychain, we log the time, the IP address (used to derive an approximate location — city, region, and country), the device's browser user-agent, and the referring page. This is the tracking service keychain owners buy — the data is shown only to the owner of that keychain's account.
• Cookies: a single signed session cookie for login and your cart. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship orders, run your tracking dashboard, send transactional email (order confirmations, password resets), and keep the service secure (rate limiting, abuse prevention). That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use tap analytics for anything other than showing it to the keychain's owner.

If you tapped someone's keychain

The business that handed you the keychain can see that a tap happened, when, the approximate area it came from (city-level at best), and the device type — not your name or identity. If you have concerns about a specific business's link, contact that business or us.

Data removal
