How fast will I get my keychains?
Fast. We 3D-print and assemble in-house, and typically ship the next business day via USPS. Shipping is free for everyone. Ordering more than one color? That may add a business day, since each color is printed as its own batch.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Modern iPhones and Androids read NFC out of the box — the customer taps the keychain to the back of their phone and the link opens in their browser. Nothing to install, nothing to type.
What kind of logo prints best?
Bold and simple. You upload your own logo file, and we 3D-print it inside a circular print area on the face of each keychain — so fine details, thin lines, and small text won't come through. A big, high-contrast mark (an icon or monogram rather than fine script) looks great. You'll see a print preview the moment you upload.
How does it get me more Google reviews?
Timing. The best moment to ask for a review is right when the customer is happy and standing in front of you — not in a follow-up text they'll ignore.
